Corrections Policy

How to report errors and how factual corrections are handled.

The AI Backlash covers fast-moving technical, political, and social questions. When we get a fact wrong, we want to know, verify it, and correct the record visibly.

How to Request a Correction

Email editors@theaibacklash.com with the article URL, the exact passage at issue, a short explanation, and any source material we should review.

What We Correct

We correct factual errors, broken or misleading links, mistaken attributions, date errors, quote/context problems, and claims that materially overstate what the evidence supports. We do not treat disagreement with editorial framing as a factual correction.

How Updates Are Disclosed

Material corrections should be noted on the article page with the date of change and a plain-language explanation. Minor typo, grammar, formatting, or link-maintenance fixes may be made silently when they do not alter meaning.
